Paul began this journey in 2008, creating peer groups designed to help leaders connect, learn, and grow together. After decades as an executive and advisor, he recognized that the greatest breakthroughs come not from having all the answers, but from engaging with trusted peers who challenge and inspire new thinking.

Today, through Peervisors and CFO Circle, Paul continues to cultivate environments where leaders sharpen their decisions, expand their perspectives, and achieve lasting growth. With over 35 years of experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, and advisory, his work reflects a deep belief that when leaders grow, their organizations and communities do too.
