Drawing on more than three decades of experience across finance, banking, homebuilding, and consulting, Paul brings a rare combination of operator perspective, financial expertise, and facilitation discipline to the groups he designs and moderates. large national organizations as well as the founding and successful exit of multiple businesses, providing him with firsthand understanding of both executive decision making and entrepreneurial realities.
Paul’s approach to CFO Circle is grounded in the belief that financial leaders benefit most from structured peer interaction, practical frameworks, and conversations that extend beyond technical finance into leadership, influence, and enterprise value creation. He is deeply involved in the development of Chapter Directors, group architecture, and the strategic models that underpin the CFO Circle experience.
In addition to his work with CFO Circle, Paul is the Principal Consultant of Blueprint for Growth, where he advises business owners and executive teams on growth, value enhancement, and long-term strategic positioning.
Paul holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a BBA in Finance from Hofstra University.
