Mike Wolfgang

Mike Wolfgang will be leading our two new CFO Circles in Portland, Oregon (OR), and Bellingham, Washington (WA).

Mike brings decades of leadership experience across business ownership, operational turnaround, executive coaching, and EOS implementation. As a former President/COO and founder, he has helped leadership teams strengthen execution, improve financial performance, and build organizations positioned for durable growth.

Before his career in business, Mike served our nation as a United States Marine. The discipline, accountability, and mission-first leadership developed during his military service continue to shape his approach to guiding executive teams and facilitating high-trust environments. Now, he brings that same commitment to service to the CFO community- creating confidential, peer-driven forums where finance leaders can engage in meaningful dialogue around strategy, risk, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
