Welcome to the CFO Circle. Membership in this peer advisory group reflects your commitment to professional development, mutual support, and a high-trust environment for open dialogue. Please review the following terms that guide our shared experience.
Sponsorship Participation may require sponsorship. Sponsor organizations nominate prospective and current clients for membership and may also encourage referrals from existing members to help build the group.
Membership Commitments By joining, you agree to:
Participate consistently in scheduled meetings.
Share your experience, challenges, and insights with peers.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all discussions.
Disclose any conflicts of interest that could impact the group.
Facilitators Facilitators are independent professionals. While they may offer services outside their role in the CFO Circle, those services are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Circle unless payment is made directly through CFO Circle.
Use of Materials As a member, you may receive access to proprietary content, tools, and methodologies (“Materials”). These remain the intellectual property of CFO Circle and may not be used, copied, or shared outside the group without permission.
Membership Options & Payment We offer two billing options:
Annual – Paid in full up front; includes a bonus 13th month at no additional cost.
Quarterly – Paid at the beginning of each calendar quarter.
All dues are charged in advance of the membership period. Payments may be made by check, EFT, or credit card. Please note: All credit card payments—regardless of billing frequency—are subject to a 2.9% third-party processing fee. Memberships automatically renew unless written notice of cancellation is provided at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
Late Payment Policy If dues are not received by the due date:
A 10-day grace period applies.
Late fees of $50 or 5% (whichever is greater) may be assessed.
Membership access may be suspended or terminated for continued non-payment.
Cancellation & Termination Membership is individual, non-transferable, and non-refundable. CFO Circle may terminate membership for non-payment, breach of confidentiality, or behavior inconsistent with the values of the group. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Confidentiality Members agree to:
Safeguard all confidential and proprietary information shared in the group.
Use that information solely within the context of group participation.
Notify the Facilitator immediately if a breach or unauthorized disclosure occurs.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that becomes public through no fault of the member, is lawfully known in advance, or is independently developed.
CFO Circle, its sponsors, and facilitators are not responsible for the accuracy of member-shared information and assume no liability for any use or reliance on such content.
