Jim Sexton

​Jim brings a distinguished background in executive leadership, coaching, and peer group facilitation, highlighted by his more than 11-year tenure as a Vistage Chair. Over that extended period, he worked closely with CEOs and senior executives, guiding high-performing leaders through complex decisions, strengthening organizational performance, and facilitating peer groups at the highest level. This depth of experience reflects not only longevity but a sustained ability to earn trust, drive meaningful dialogue, and deliver lasting impact across a wide range of businesses and leadership teams.

He will be launching a CFO Circle chapter in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill region of North Carolina, a market with a
